氧化铁和石墨烯复合负极材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and property of Fe2O3/graphene as cathode material for lithium-ionic battery
【摘要】 通过简易的常温搅拌复合,冷冻干燥和热处理过程合成了负极氧化铁和石墨烯复合材料,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光分析(EDX)、循环伏安(CV)、充放电及倍率测试探讨了材料颗粒形貌,结构和电化学性能。XRD和SEM测试表明成功合成了Fe2O3颗粒尺寸较小且均匀分布的复合材料。电化学性能测试结果显示,复合材料的电化学性能比纯的氧化铁及还原氧化石墨烯材料的性能有明显提升,循环50周可逆比容量保持在680mAh/g。
【Abstract】 The cathode material iron oxide/graphene composite for Li-ionic batteries was prepared via simple stirring at room temperature,freeze drying and following heat treatment.The morphology,structure and electrochemical performances of product were investigated using XRD,TG,SEM,EDX,cyclic voltammetry(CV),charge-discharge tests and rate tests.XRD and SEM results indicated that the nanoscale Fe2O3 particles anchored on graphene sheets uniformly.The electrochemical performances of iron oxide/graphene were drastically improved comparing with pure iron and graphene,which exhibited a high charge capacity of 680mAh/g after 50 cycles.
