乙酸乙酯溶胀处理在医用硅胶导管亲水改性中的研究与应用

【摘要】 以医用硅胶导管为基材,利用乙酸乙酯溶胀方法处理导管表面,以改善其表面亲水性。针对乙酸乙酯溶胀时间对接触角、亲水性及导管表面形貌的影响进行了研究,优化了处理工艺。实验结果表明:乙酸乙酯溶胀有利于改善硅胶导管表面亲水性,当乙酸乙酯的溶胀时间为30min时,涂层的接触角为39.3°,吸水率为0.68%,且涂层不易脱落,润滑持久性较好。

【Abstract】 With silicone catheter as base material,the catheter surface was treated by ethyl acetate swelling to improve its hydrophilicity properties.The effect of swelling time on the contract angle,hydrophilicity and tube surface morphology were studied and optimized.The results showed that,after swelling treatment,the hydrophilicity of catheter sueface was improved.When the swelling time was 30 min,coating contract angle was 39.3°and bibulous rate was 0.68%.The coating was not easy to fall off and the lubricity durability was excellent.
