硅硼复配对木塑复合材料阻燃协效作用的研究

【摘要】 木塑复合材料(WPC)的阻燃研究近年来得到了广泛关注,硅系与硼系阻燃剂作为环境友好型阻燃剂成为了研究热点。将纳米SiO2、聚硅氧烷分别与硼酸锌复配,应用在杨木粉-聚丙烯复合材料中测试其燃烧性能及力学性能,以判断是否具有阻燃协效作用及其对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:纳米SiO2、聚硅氧烷与硼酸锌之间存在阻燃协效作用,当m(纳米SiO2)∶m(聚硅氧烷)∶m(硼酸锌)=4∶2∶4时,加入20%(wt,质量分数)的阻燃剂,阻燃型复合材料的燃烧性能达到最佳,极限氧指数为32.6%,UL-94达到V-0级,800℃时材料的残炭量达到37.2%。

【Abstract】 In recent years,the study on flame retardancy of wood plastic composite(WPC)has been widespreadly concerned.The silicon and boron products as an environmental friendly flame retardant has been a research hotspot.First nano SiO2,polysiloxane and zinc borate were compounded,then added in wood-polypropylene composites to test the combustion performance and mechanical properties.Then the synergistic effect of flame retardant was judged.Its influence on the mechanical properties of the WPC was found out.The result showed that there was a synergistic effect between nano SiO2,polysiloxane and zinc borate.When the m(SiO2)∶m(polysiloxane)∶m(zinc borate)was 4∶2∶4,added 20wt%,the best flame retardancy of composite can be achieved.LOI value was 32.6% and UL-94 vertical burning reached V-0grade,the residual carbon content of material reached 37.2% at 800℃.
