晶相、形貌和尺寸可控的BiVO4微球控制合成
Preparation of BiVO4 microsphere with controllable crystalline phase,morphology and size
【摘要】 利用简单的低温共沉淀方法成功制备出直径79μm的四方相钒酸铋(BiVO4)微球,通过对制备的四方相BiVO4微球在500℃退火10h,四方相BiVO4成功转变为单斜相BiVO4,且形貌和尺寸都没有明显变化。用X射线粉末衍射和扫描电子显微镜技术对所制备的微米晶的成分、形貌和尺寸进行了表征。对BiVO4微球的晶相转变因素作了深入的讨论。提出了一种晶相、形貌和尺寸可控的BiVO4微球的制备新方法。
【Abstract】 Pure tetragonal BiVO4 microspheres with diameter of 79μm were prepared successfully by a simple lowtemperature coprecipitation method.The pure monoclinic BiVO4 microspheres,which had the same morphology and diameter as tetragonal BiVO4 microspheres,were achieved by annealing tetragonal BiVO4 microspheres at 500℃ for 10 h.XRD and SEM techniques were used to study crystalline phases,morphology and size of obtained BiVO4 microspheres.On the basis of annealing temperature,the transformation mechanism between tetragonal and monoclinic phase BiVO4 microspheres was discussed in detail.The work developed a facile and new route for the synthesis of BiVO4 microspheres with controllable crystalline phases,morphology and size.
