聚羧酸分散剂MPEGA-b-AA-b-MPEGA制备及分散性研究
Study on the synthesis and property of polycarboxylate dispersant MPEGA-b-AA-b-MPEGA
【摘要】 以丙烯酸(AA)、甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(MPEGA)为聚合单体,S,S′-双(2-甲基-2-丙酸基)三硫代碳酸酯(BDATC)为链转移剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)活性自由基聚合方法,合成三嵌段聚合物分散剂MPEGA-b-AA-b-MPEGA,通过FT-IR、GPC、粒度分析、旋转黏度、悬浮率和沉降率等方法测定,发现聚合物分散剂P3对TiO2具有较好的分散性,悬浮率为99.23%。25℃悬浮液沉降6d后,沉降率仅为5%。
【Abstract】 The high efficiency triblock dispersant MPEGA-b-AA-b-MPEGA was synthesized by the reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization used acrylic acid(AA)and polyethylene glycol monomethy ether acrylate(MPEGA),the hydroquinone as inhibitor,BDATC as RAFT agent.The three block polymer was characterized and analyzed by FT-IR,GPC,grain size,rotational viscosity,suspension rate and settlement rate.The results showed that the suspension percentage of TiO2 were 99.23%.The clear liquid volume just was 5% when 6 days late at 25℃.
