表面处理对碳纤维/聚醚醚酮复合材料相容性及其力学性能的影响研究

【摘要】 通过KMnO4、(NH42HPO4和浓HNO3对PAN基碳纤维(T300)进行表面改性,以聚醚醚酮(PEEK)为基体,制备碳纤维(CF)/聚醚醚酮复合材料。利用红外光谱和拉曼光谱对改性后的CF表面结构进行了研究。通过扫描电镜观察了CF和PEEK之间的界面粘结情况,用拉伸实验机对复合材料进行力学测试。结果表明,KMnO4、(NH42HPO4和浓HNO3处理后CF表面无序度和活性碳原子增多,提高了CF表面活性,其中浓HNO3处理后CF表面含无序度最大,表面活性更强,制备的CF/PEEK复合材料相容性及其力学性能最好。

【Abstract】 PAN-based carbon fiber were chemically modified with KMnO4,(NH42HPO4 and HNO3,and carbon fiber reinforced PEEK matrix composites were prepared.The structural and surface analysis of carbon fibers before and after treatments were performed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),laser raman scattering(LRS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The mechanical tests were performed on a electronic tensile machine.The results showed that the carbon fiber surface modification by KMnO4,(NH42HPO4 and HNO3 can strengthen fiber surface chemical activity.Among the modification of carbon fiber surface by HNO3,the fiber surface chemical activity will be increased up to the most.Proper treatment of carbon fiber with HNO3 proved an effective way to increase the interfacial adhesion and improved the mechanical performance of resulting CF/PEEK composites.
