六甲基二硅氧烷的合成研究
Study on a method for preparing hexamethyldisiloxane
【摘要】 以三甲基氯硅烷、水和氢氧化钠为原料水解合成六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)。实验结果表明,氢氧化钠的加入有利于提升反应收率,提高产品纯度,降低反应要求,以及简化反应后处理过程。MM的收率最高可达到99.95%,产品纯度可达到99.876%。
【Abstract】 Hexamethyldisiloxane was synthesized by using trimethylchlorosilane,water and sodium hydroxide as basic materials.The results indicated that sodium hydroxide could not only lead to a higher reaction yield and product purity,but also reduced reaction requires and simplified the postprocessing.The highest yield in this research was 99.95%,while the purity of product reached 99.876%.
