SiO2包覆石蜡相变微胶囊的制备及性能研究
Preparation and property of microencapsulated paraffin/SiO2 phase change composite for thermal energy storage
【摘要】 采用乳液界面水解缩聚法,制备了以SiO2为壁材、固体石蜡为芯材的相变储能微胶囊,并使用DSC(差示扫描量热仪)、TGA(热重分析仪)、SEM(扫描电子显微镜)、OM(光学显微镜)和FT-IR(傅里叶红外光谱仪)对微胶囊的热性能、形貌、化学组成、渗漏性能等进行了研究。结果表明:相同条件下,使用吐温80(Tween-80)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)作乳化剂,溶剂无水乙醇和纯净水的比例为1∶4,在碱催化条件下制备的微胶囊,粒径分布较窄,球形规则,平均粒径在100μm,相变潜热为75J/g,微胶囊的封装牢固性较好,渗漏率低于1.0%。
【Abstract】 A new kind of phase change energy storage microcapsules based paraffin as the core material and silica as the shell material were prepared by emulsion interfacial hydrolysis and polycondensation.DSC,TGA,SEM,OM and FT-IR were used to characterize the thermal properties,shape appearance,chemical composition and leakage of the microcapsules.The results showed that when Tween-80 and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate used as emulsifier and the ratio of ethanol and purified water was 1∶4,the microcapsule had narrow size distribution and the average particle size was 100μm.The latent heat of microcapsule was 75J/g.The microcapsules were better packaged and the leakage rate was lower than 1.0%.
