聚苯乙烯型大孔吸附树脂改性方法研究及其在天然产物中的应用

【摘要】 针对现有大孔吸附树脂选择性差、分离纯化效率较低、难以满足复杂样品分离纯化需求的难题,大孔吸附树脂功能改性成为提高其分离效率和选择性的理想途径。综述了现有聚苯乙烯型大孔吸附树脂改性的途径和制备方法,讨论修饰基团对吸附性能的影响,并就其在天然产物中的应用情况进行了综述。可为大孔吸附树脂定向设计和制备,以及深度应用研发提供参考。

【Abstract】 The traditional macroporous adsorption resins(MARs)have some insufficient such as poor selectivity and low efficiency of separation and purification.It is difficult for complex samples to achieve high purity by use of commercial MARs.In order to improve efficiency of separation and purification,an ideal approach has been developed by functional modification of MARs.The way of graft modification and corresponding preparation method about polystyrene type of MARs were reviewed.The affect of modified group on adsorption performance of MARs was discussed.And corresponding application in natural products was also introduced.This statement could provide some significative reference for directional design and preparation of MARs,as well further research and development.
