【Abstract】 Using double planetary power mixer,focused on adiabatic layer rubber material added different functional fillers,through the design of stirring speed,dispersing rate,time and other parameters,the best parameters which the high solid content silicone insulation layer rubber material(matrix+filler particles+antishear fiber)can achieve the ideal mixing values were determind.The problem of double planetary power mixer existed in the mixing process of fragile fiber rubber was pointed out.更多还原
