改性硼酸镁晶须/聚丙烯复合材料的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 本文分别选用硅烷偶联剂KH-550和硼酸酯偶联剂(BE)对自制硼酸镁晶须(MBOw)进行表面改性,深入探讨了两种偶联剂对硼酸镁晶须表面性质的影响;通过熔融共混法将其填充到聚丙烯中制成复合材料,系统研究了硼酸镁晶须对所制得的复合材料性能的影响,优化了制备条件。结果表明:BE偶联剂能有效改变硼酸镁晶须的表面性质,改性后的晶须加入聚丙烯中熔融混炼制得的复合材料拉伸强度、拉伸模量分别提高38.2%和52.5%,添加量以12.0%~18.0%的比例为宜。

【Abstract】 KH-550 and borate ester(BE)coupling agents were chosen to modify the surface of magnesium borate whisker(MBOw)synthesized by ourselves.The effect of the two coupling agents for the surface properties of MBOw were studied in detail.The synthesis and optimal conditions of composite material PP/MBOw were discussed.The results showed that BE coupling reagent could change the surface property of MBOw and that the modified whiskers could extend the tensile strength and tensile modulus of the composite material PP/MBOw 38.2% and 52.5% respectively.The additive amount was optimally 12.0%~18.0%.
