中小型矿山采空区安全预警等级评分方法及应用

【摘要】 针对中小型矿山技术、经济等资源有限的实际情况,提出一套矿山采空区预警等级评分方法,该方法采用定量与定性分析相结合的方式,定量分析声发射监测数据等,为预警评分提供科学的数据支持,定性分析采空区基本状态,将预警评分与采矿人员的主观判断相结合,从而使矿山管理者能方便、简单直接、低成本地得到评分等级,及时了解矿山采空区基本稳定状况。此方法应用于鄂东地区普民铁矿以来,为该矿的日常生产活动提供了信息支持和决策依据,表明预警等级评分方法具有一定的指导意义和实用价值。

【Abstract】 In light of the actual situations of small and medium sized mines,a safety pre-warning scoring method for mined-out area in mines was proposed,which uses combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The quantitative analysis is to analyze acoustic emission monitoring data,providing scientific data to support the early warning scoring and the qualitative analysis to analyze the basic status of mined-out areas,combining the early warning scoring with subjective judgment.This allows mine managers to get scoring more easily,straightforward and cheaply and to know the basic stability of mined-out areas in time.Since this method is applied to Pumin Iron Mine in eastern Hubei province,it has provided information support and decision-making basis for the mine’s daily production activities,which illustrates that the early warning scoring method has a certain guiding significance and practical value.
