一种改进型撞击流反应器的研究
A Research on Improved Impinging Stream Reactor
【摘要】 提出了一种进口速度动态变化的撞击流反应器,其撞击面在中心位置波动,增加了颗粒的有效混合区域,可进一步加强相间的传热传质。并采用计算流体动力学对改进型的撞击反应器进行数值模拟,模拟中采用了三角形和抛物线形两种流型,并与传统直线形流型进行对比分析。分析结果表明,改进型的撞击流反应器中颗粒活动区域得到加强,与经典的撞击流反应器相比有明显的优势。
【Abstract】 A new impinging stream reactor with dynamically-changed inlet velocity was proposed,whose impact surface fluctuates at the central position in the impinging stream reactor to greatly increase the particles’ effective mixing zone and further strengthen the heat and mass transfer between phases. Simulating this improved impinging stream reactor with CFD software and adopting triangle and parabolic flow patterns and comparing them with traditional linear flow pattern in the simulation show that,the active area of particles is greatly increased in the improved impinging stream reactor; and as compared to the traditional impinging streams,the improved impinging stream reactor has obvious advantages.
