【Abstract】 Academic journals always encounter the problems of academic morality deficiency like plagiarism,multiple contributions with one manuscript and ghostwriting etc. in the process of the spread of academic points of view. The academic journals are always blamed in the first place once this kind of problems appears. Therefore,how to make the academic journals become the real exhibitors,propagators and appraisers of the academic innovation in the academic morality construction is an important issue which they must face.
