热释光剂量计测量结果影响因素研究
Study on the Influence Factors of the Measurement of Thermo-luminescence Dosimeters
【摘要】 为进一步提高2016年国内比对中热释光剂量计测量的精密性和准确度,实验通过制定较为完善的实验方案,严格控制热释光剂量计的辐照、测读及退火条件,将热释光剂量计的重复性保持在1%以内;其刻度因子多次测量结果的误差也在1%以内;同时对其剂量响应和稳定性做了一定的研究。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the precision and accuracy of thermo- luminescence dosimeters’ measurement in the 2016’s domestic comparison,a comparatively consummate experimental program was made,in which the conditions while radiating,reading and annealing were strictly controlled. The results show that the repeatability of TLD is maintained within 1%,and the difference among repeated measurements of the calibration factor is also maintained within 1%. Meanwhile,some research was done about the dose response and the stability of TLD.
