X射线纳秒时间分辨NIM电子学系统设计
Design of Nanosecond Time Resolution NIM Electronics System for X-Ray Detection
【摘要】 主要介绍了一种用于X射线探测的纳秒时间分辨NIM电子学系统,并对该系统进行了功能测试、性能测试,得到了一些宝贵的是实验数据,为后续开展科学实验工作提供了参考。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirement of nanosecond time-resolved detector for synchrotron radiation X-ray experiment,a NIM electronic readout system for APD( avalanche photodiode) detector is designed.The function and performance test of the system have been carried out,and some valuable data have been obtained,which provides the reference for further scientific experimental work.
