电能质量监测装置自动批量检测平台的研究与设计
Research and design of automatic calibration system of power quality monitoring equipment
【摘要】 针对电能质量监测装置入网检测主要采用手动模式,存在工作量大、工作效率低、数据误差等问题,分析了电能质量监测装置入网检测业务流程,提出一种支持标准源自动控制、多型号电能质量监测装置接入、自动生成检测报告等功能的电能质量监测装置自动批量检测平台,将手动检测提升为全自动检测,解决了手动检测模式存在的问题,提高了入网检测工作效率。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems,such as heavy workload,low efficiency,and data error,etc,of the verification test of power quality monitoring equipment executed mainly by hand,this paper analyzed the business process of verification test and proposed an automatic calibration system of power quality monitoring equipment. This system supported automatic control of standard power source,different types of power quality monitoring equipments,automatic output of test report,etc,and enabled fully automatic test of power quality monitoring equipment,solving the problems of manual detection mode and improving efficiency of verification test.
