基于速度调制的纳秒脉冲化系统数值模拟

【摘要】 文章根据脉冲化系统中切割器和聚束器的工作原理,基于蒙特卡罗方法编制了计算程序,数值模拟了带电粒子束流在脉冲化系统中的运动轨迹。通过分析模拟计算的结果可知,采用非等间距速度调制间隙的聚束器,可以有效地提高纳秒脉冲化系统的性能指标,所产生束流的脉冲半高宽(full width at half maximum,FWHM)比传统等间距速度调制间隙聚束器的减小了约10%。

【Abstract】 According to the physical principles of chopper and buncher,a numerical simulation program for the pulsed beam system was completed based on Monte Carlo sampling methods.The charged particle trajectory in the pulsed beam system was simulated by using this program.According to the analysis of numerical simulation,the characteristics of pulsed charged particle beam were improved when the lengths of two velocity modulation gaps of buncher were different and the full width at half maximum(FWHM)was reduced by 10%compared with the traditional buncher which had the equal length of two velocity modulation gaps.
