【Abstract】 The realization of the authorities’ participation is the main rout for the academic quality improvement of new sci-tech periodicals quickly. We should give full play to the role of editorial board and editorial editor in the journals. Through a series of strategies,such as,expert editing directional manuscripts,and chief editor,editorial board recommended draft and organizing high level academic monograph,strengthen the depth of cooperation with the high level of academic committee and authoritative research team. Meanwhile,Closely tracking the academic frontiers and hot issues,and the practical realization of the experts,all of these strategies will realize the fast high level development of the new sci-tech periodicals.更多还原
