基于多线程和队列操作的TCM上位机系统设计
Upper Computer System Design of TCM Based on Multithreading and Queue Operations
【摘要】 设计了一种变速箱控制器模块(TCM)的CAN总线上位机软件,实现了对TCM的参数设置及状态监控.为了保证上位机与TCM通信时能同步进行数据解码和运算分析,引入了多线程技术.同时,在数据量较大的情况下现有VC程序绘制动态波形的效率较低,容易引发绘制波形的数据被覆盖而导致波形显示不完全,为此,在程序中加入了对数据的队列操作.结果显示,该方法能保证波形动态显示的实时性和完整性.
【Abstract】 An upper computer software is designed to set parameters and monitor state of the transmission control module(TCM).To keep the data decode and the operational analysis maintaining synchronization with the communication between the upper computer and TCM,multithreading technology was introduced.As well,the dynamic waveform drawn by existing VC procedures is inefficient,which causes that data for drawing waveform may be replaced by other data so that the waveform cannot be displayed completely.Therefore,queue operations of the data was added to the procedures.The results show that,this method can ensure the real-time performance and the integrity of the dynamic waveform.
