软件项目风险评估指标体系建立

【摘要】 通过风险评估可以确定潜在风险,采取预防和控制措施,避免项目后期昂贵的风险补偿行为。指标体系建立是风险评估的基础性工作,文中运用系统分析法和G1法进行研究。首先,分析归纳出软件项目风险评估的16个指标,构建了指标体系结构模型;然后,阐明G1法对AHP进行改进的基本思路,构建了计算权重的数学模型;最后,按照G1法的步骤计算了指标的权重,形成了完整的指标体系。文中的研究内容只是一种理解和分析问题的基本思路,实际应用时还需要与具体项目相结合,采用定性分析与定量计算相结合的方法计算权重,才能使指标体系更符合实际。

【Abstract】 Potential risks can be determined by a risk assessment,so we can take prevention and control measures to avoid costly risk compensation behavior late in the project. Establishment on indication system is the basis work of risk assessment,and this paper uses system analysis and G1 method to study.First,a structure model of indication system was constructed by analyzing and summarizing 16 indicators of software project risk assessment; then,it clarified the basic idea of AHP is improved by G1 method and constructed a mathematical model to calculate weights; finally,the indication weights were calculated according to the steps of G1 method to form a complete indication system. Contents of this article is just a basic idea to understand and analyze the problems,so you are also required to combine it with the specific projects in practical applications and adopt a method combined qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation to calculate weights,and then you can get a more realistic indication system.
