地下核电厂应急计划区最小化方面的初步研究

【摘要】 选取具有包络性的事故,并给出全堆熔化事故下的放射性源项,对CUP600应急计划区范围进行初步的分析计算。结果表明:CUP600向环境释放源项较小,整个事故期间在预计厂址边界处的有效剂量和甲状腺剂量均不超过相应的干预水平;CUP600的烟羽应急计划区可以划至厂址边界,从而取消场外烟羽应急计划区。

【Abstract】 An envelope accident was selected and corresponding source term was given. Then this paper made a calculation about the size of emergency planning zone. Calculation results show that the radioactive release of CUP600 to the environment is small, the effective dose and thyroid dose during the whole accident are both less than the general optimized intervention level. The plum emergency zone can be totally inside the site boundary, so technically, out site plum emergency planning zone can be eliminated.
