【摘要】 城市经济的快速发展对生态环境势必造成一定的破坏,如何使二者关系从相互对立走向协调发展是目前研究的热点。文章基于DEA方法和耦合协调度模型对东北地区2002-2013年34个地级市经济发展与环境质量的关系进行分析,发现东北地区城市经济发展与环境耦合协调度在时间维度上整体呈上升趋势,协调发展类型已经由最初处于轻度失调、勉强协调、中级协调等逐渐演变为中级协调、良好协调与优质协调类型,且表现出阶段性特征;在空间维度上协调区域呈现由南向北扩散的趋势,且协调区域的比例在不断增大,各城市间的差异在不断缩小。经过对城市经济发展与环境质量协调发展时空演变机理进行分析,提出合理有效并具有针对性的对策建议使东北地区城市经济发展与环境更为和谐。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of urban economy is bound to cause some damage to the ecological environment. How tomake the relationship between them from mutual opposition to coordinated development has become a hot issue in the currentstudy. The paper,based on DEA method and coupling coordination degree model,analyzes the relationship between econom-ic development and environmental quality of 34 prefecture-level cities in Northeast China from 2002 to 2013. The resultsshow that:In the time dimension,the coupling coordination degree between urban economic development and environmentalquality in Northeast China presents a rising trend on the whole,the types of coordinated development have gradually evolvedinto intermediate,good and high-quality coordination from original mild disorder and reluctant coordination,while showingstage characteristics. In the space dimension,coordination regions show a diffusion trend from south to north,and the ratio ofcoordination regions is increasing,the intercity differences are shrinking. The paper,after analyzing the spatiotemporal evolu-tion mechanism of coordinated development between urban economic development and environmental quality,puts forth somereasonable,effective and targeted countermeasures and suggestions to make the relationship between economic developmentand environment more harmonious in Northeast China.更多还原
