【摘要】 通过分析抽样调查的数据,发现农村劳动力参加技能培训后的迁移运用效果仅处于中等略偏上水平,离预期的效果还有一定的距离。从回归模型对变量的检验结果来看,培训内容、培训方式、师资水平、个人知能、迁移动机以及领导和同事的支持等因素对农村劳动力转移培训迁移效果产生显著影响。基于此,提出相应的农村劳动力转移培训有效迁移的建议,以期能够切实提升农村劳动力转移培训的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of sampling survey data,we can find that training transfer efficiency of rural surplus labor is only in the medium level slightly after the completion of skills training,which has not reached the desired effect.From the test results of the regression model,training content,training methods,teachers’ level,personal knowledge,migration motive and the support from leaders and colleagues have a significant impact on the transfer effect of rural labor force transfer training.On the basis of the corresponding suggestions,in order to improve the effectiveness of rural labor force transfer training.更多还原
