【摘要】 高等教育管理"政府主导而失效"和"市场失范也失灵"的严峻现实呼唤并促使我们从传统的政府包揽性管控向政府、市场和高校多元主体互制共治的高等教育治理模式进行历史性转型。有效实现这种转型的科学依据、理论前提和实践途径是对高等教育治理模式"应是"形态的合理建构和"怎是"路径的科学设计及其指导下的能动实践。《分权与合作:中介组织介入高等教育管理研究》一书比较完整地体现了这一合理建构和科学设计的过程与成果,对科学地理解、把握、建构、设计和实践高等教育治理模式的历史性转型具有重要的理论参考和实践参照价值。更多还原
