【摘要】 目的:探讨PTENmRNA、hTERTmRNA在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及其与生物学行为的关系。方法:采用原位杂交法检测50例子宫内膜样腺癌组织和50例正常子宫内膜组织PTENmRNA、hTERTmRNA的表达情况,分析二者与子宫内膜样腺癌生物学行为的关系。结果:PTENmRNA、hTERTmRNA在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为30.0%和78.0%。PTENmRNA、hTERTmRNA表达与子宫内膜样癌的分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移及浸润深度均有关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PTENmRNA和hTERTmRNA与子宫内膜样腺癌的发生、发展密切相关,联合检测PTENmRNA和hTERTmRNA可作为评估子宫内膜样腺癌恶性程度和预后预测的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA in endometrioid adenocarcinoma,and evaluate the relationship of their expression to the biological behavior of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expression of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA of the 50 patients with endometrioid adenocarcinoma and 50 patients with normal endometrium were observed by in situ hybridization,then evaluated their influence to the biological behavior of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Results: The positive expression of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA were 30.0% and 78.0% respectively. The expression of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA were correlated with tumor differentiation,FIGO staging,lymphnode metastasis and muscular infiltration of endometrioid adenocarcinoma( P < 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA are related to the formation and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Combined detection of PTENmRNA and hTERTmRNA expression can be used as an index to evaluate the malignant degree and prognosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.更多还原
