【摘要】 目的:观察微创经皮穿刺椎弓根内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取92例胸腰椎骨折患者随机分两组,观察组实施微创经皮穿刺椎弓根内固定术,对照组使用传统术式,对比观察疗效。结果:观察组手术及术后康复效果优于对照组,术后功能障碍指数均降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组影像学指标具有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对胸腰椎骨折患者实施微创经皮穿刺椎弓根内固定术,临床疗效良好,手术情况及术后康复效果更理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy transpedicular screw fixation on treating thoracolumbar vertebral fracture. Methods: 92 cases with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The observation group received minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy transpedicular screw fixation,and the control group received conventional operation. The efficacy was compared. Results: The operation and post-operative recovery effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. And the postoperative disability indexes of the observation group reduced evidently. And the observation group was more evident( P <0.05). The imaging indicators of two groups improved evidently( P <0.05). There was no evident difference between two groups( P>0.05). Conclusion: Implementing minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy transpedicular screw fixation for patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture not only has good clinical efficacy,but also has ideal operation conditions and postoperative rehabilitation effect.更多还原
