一种新型多酚类抗氧剂的合成及其性能

【摘要】 以2,6-二叔丁基苯酚和4-叔丁基苯酚为原料合成了一种新型多酚类抗氧剂2,6-双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)-4-叔丁基苯酚(简称抗氧剂105)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、元素分析仪和核磁共振谱仪对其结构进行了表征,并采用热重法和加压差示扫描量热法考察了产品的热稳定性和氧化安定性。结果表明:以二甲基亚砜为溶剂,浓盐酸为催化剂,在100℃条件下反应8 h,抗氧剂105的产率可达60%以上;该抗氧剂具有较好的热稳定性和抗氧化活性,其初始分解温度约是传统抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)的3倍,氧化诱导时间是基础油的4倍左右,与BHT相当。

【Abstract】 A novel polyphenol antioxidant 2,6-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy benzyl)-4-tertbutylphenol(105 for short)was synthesized with 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol and 4-tert-butylphenol as raw materials. The structure of the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR), elemental analyzer and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),the thermal and antioxidant stability were observed by thermogravimetric(TG)analysis and pressure differential scanning calorimeter(PDSC).The results show that the yield of the product reaches 60% when the reaction is carried out at 100 ℃ for 8h with dimethyl sulfoxide and hydrochloric acid as solvent and catalyst respectively. The product exhibits good thermal stability and antioxidant activity. Its initial decomposition temperature is about 3 times higher than that of conventional antioxidant 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxytoluene(BHT). Oxidation induction timeof this antioxidant is about 4times longer than that of base oil and is equal to BHT.
