纳米CaCO3高填充ABS复合材料的制备

【摘要】 分别采用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)和乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)作增韧剂,利用熔融挤出法制备纳米CaCO3高填充丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)/CaCO3复合材料,研究了纳米CaCO3填充量和增韧剂种类对ABS/CaCO3复合材料力学性能和熔体流动速率的影响。结果表明:SBS对ABS/CaCO3复合材料的增韧效果优于EVA;当ABS用量为100.0 phr、纳米CaCO3填充量为25.0 phr、SBS用量为5.0 phr时,可得到力学性能符合GB/T 10009—1988要求的ABS/CaCO3复合材料;当SBS和EVA用量较低时,SBS更能明显提高ABS/CaCO3复合材料的熔体流动速率。

【Abstract】 Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)/calcium carbonate(CaCO3)composite filled with high content of nano-CaCO3 is prepared by melt extrusion method with styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)and ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)as toughened modifier. The effect of CaCO3 and toughened modifier content on mechanical properties and melt flow rate(MFR)of ABS/CaCO3 composite are studied respectively. The results indicate that the toughening effect of SBS on ABS/CaCO3 composite is better than that of EVA. When the amount of ABS is 100 phr, nano-CaCO3 25.0 phr, and SBS 5.0 phr, the mechanical properties of ABS/CaCO3 composites will meet the requirements of GB/T 10009—1988. When the amount of SBS and EVA is low, the dosage of SBS can improve the MFR of ABS/CaCO3 composite.
