氧化亚铜微米结构的可控合成及其光催化性能
Controlled Synthesis and Photocatalytic Properties of Cu2O Micro-structures
【摘要】 采用溶液法,以五水硫酸铜为铜源,葡萄糖为还原剂,通过调节碱溶液用量,制备了多种形貌的微米Cu2O材料,实现了正方体、球形和二十四面体形貌Cu2O微米结构的可控合成,其结构、形貌和性能经UV-Vis,SEM,TEM和XRD表征。研究了三种不同形貌的微米Cu2O对亚甲基蓝在可见光下降解反应的光催化性能。结果表明:二十四面体微米Cu2O的光催化活性优于正方体和球形,降解率为97.72%。
【Abstract】 Three morphologies of cube,sphere and tetrahexahedron of pure Cu2 O powder were successfully synthesized by a liquid phase method using copper sulfate pentahydrate as a copper source and glucose as a reducer. The effect of the volume of alkaline solution on morphology of Cu2 O was studied. The structures,morphology and photocatalytic properties were characterized by UV-Vis spectroscopy,SEM,TEM and XRD. The tetrahexahedron Cu2 O exhibited better photocatalytic activities than Cu2 O in the other morphologies,and the decomposition efficiency was 97. 72%.
