【摘要】 目的探讨微创治疗外伤性额叶脑内血肿的临床疗效。方法选择我院2009年6月至2014年6月收治的外伤性额叶脑内血肿患者26例,采用CT定位,硬通道微创穿刺置管引流治疗,部分病例采用血肿腔尿激酶注入溶解血凝块。结果除2例微创穿刺置管引流术后血肿变化不大,改行开颅手术治疗外,其余均达到引流清除血肿或大部分清除血肿的目的,预后良好。结论微创治疗外伤性额叶脑内血肿的方法安全可靠,创伤小,引流清除血肿成功率高,具有较高的临床实用价值,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive treatment of traumatic frontal brain hematoma.Methods Select 26 patients with traumatic frontal brain hematoma in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2014,CT positioning,hardware channel of minimally invasive drainage tube after treatment,the part of the cases with hematoma of urokinase injection dissolve blood clots.Results Except 2 cases of minimally invasive drainage tube after postoperative hematoma changed little,get behind the surgical operation treatment,the others all achieve the goal of most drainage to remove hematoma or removal of hematoma,prognosis is good.Conclusion The treatment of minimally invasive to traumatic frontal brain hematoma is safe and reliable,it has small trauma,drainage to remove hematoma of the high success rate,it has high clinical practical value,it is worth promoting.更多还原
