新型生物可降解PLGA-Mg材料的制备与初步研究

【摘要】 聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物[poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid),PLGA]是聚L-乳酸和聚乙醇酸的共聚物,其与镁(magnesium,Mg)均可在人体降解。课题组使用萃取法和油浴法制备了PLGA-Mg复合材料,制备了不同Mg含量梯度的骨科植入物。新型植入物弹性模量与人体骨骼更加接近;在降解过程中周围组织pH值基本正常,不影响骨骼再生,Mg可促进骨折愈合;通过调节不同层面Mg含量可有效调节材料强度和降解速度;在临床应用时可根据骨折部位和形状,将其加热软化塑形,使其与局部骨骼解剖形态匹配。

【Abstract】 poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)is the copolymerization of poly(lactic-coglycolic acid).PLGA and magnesium(Mg)are biodegradable in vivo.Our research team has produced PLGA-Mg composite by extraction and oil bath.This kind of PLGA-Mg composite were used to produce the multiple-layers orthopedic implants with different percentage of Mg in each layer.This kind of implant has an elastic modulus similar to humen bone.During the biodegradable process in vivo,there is almost normal pH value in the surrounding tissue,whith will not impaire fracture healing.Mg has a role in promoting the union of fracture.The strength and biodegradable rate of the implant can be modulated by adjusting the percentage of Mg in each layer of the composite.During clinical practure,the implants made of PLGA-Mg can be prebent by controlled softening via heating to fit the anatomical feature of a special fracture.
