【摘要】 目的探讨下肢静脉曲张术后患者穿弹力袜对小腿周径及下肢静脉瓣膜功能的影响。方法选择下肢静脉曲张行大隐静脉高位结扎及曲张静脉分段剥脱术后患者86例,随机分为弹力袜组和对照组各43例。弹力袜组拆线后立即给予弹力袜加压治疗,对照组自然恢复,其他处理2组相同。2组分别于术前、术后6个月、术后12个月测量小腿周径及静脉再充盈时间(venous refill time,VRT),记录小腿术后6个月、术后12个月周径缩小值及VRT时间差。结果弹力袜组小腿周径缩小程度优于对照组,且与对照组相比VRT值明显延长。结论下肢静脉曲张患者术后给予弹力袜加压治疗可以有效弥补下肢静脉瓣膜的功能不足,减少侧支反流,明显缩小小腿周径,延长VRT值,减轻下肢水肿不适。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of elastic stockings on the function of lower leg circumference and lower extremity venous valve in patients with varicose vein of lower extremity.Methods Eighty-six patients with varicose veins of lower extremity.They all underwent high ligation of great saphenous vein.The patients were randomly divided into the stretch socks group and the control group.Stretch socks group were given immediately stretch socks pressure therapy after the stitches.The control group received natural recovery.The other treatments were the same in the 2groups.Leg circumference and venous refilling time(VRT)were measured in the two groups of patients before and after surgery,6months,12 months after the measurement.Results The recovery of leg circum-ference in the elastic stockings group was better than that in the control group,and the VRT value was significantly longer than that of the control group.Conclusion Elastic socks pressure treatment for patients with lower extremity varicose vein can effectively compensate for the insufficiency of lower limb venous valve,significantly reduce leg circumference,prolong the VRT value,and reduce the discomfort of lower limb edema.更多还原
