【摘要】 目的探讨精神康复训练对住院精神分裂症患者生活质量和生活满意度的影响。方法将81例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(41例)和对照组(40例),研究组采用药物联合康复训练,对照组采用药物和基本的工娱疗法,研究时间1年,每个季度进行世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表(the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF,WHOQOL-BREF)和生活满意度指数B量表(Life Satisfaction index B,LSIB)评估。结果随着治疗干预时间的延长,研究组与对照组WHOQOL-BREF和LSIB评分呈逐渐升高趋势,研究组升高的幅度大于对照组,其组间、不同时点间、组间·不同时点间交互作用差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精神康复训练对提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量和生活满意度有明显效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of mental rehabilitation training on the life quality and satisfaction of inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods Eighty-one schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into study group(41cases)and control group(40cases).The study group were treated with drugs combined with rehabilitation training,while the control group were treated with drugs and basic work and recreational therapy.The research lasted for one year and the assessment of life quality and satisfaction scale were carried out each quarter by using the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)and Life Satisfaction Index B(LSIB).Results With the rehabilitation training time extended,the WHOQOL-BREF and LSIB scores in the study group and in the control group showed a gradual increasing trend.The amplitude of the study group was higher than that of the control group.There were significant differences in the interaction of the two groups at different time points and between groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Mental rehabilitation training has a significant effect on improving the quality of life and life satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia.更多还原
