【摘要】 目的探讨单操作孔电视胸腔镜(uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery,UVATS)手术在肺结核瘤诊治中的应用价值和效果。方法将76例结核瘤患者随机分为2组各38例,对照组采用传统开胸方法手术,观察组采用UVATS手术,比较2组手术持续时间、术中出血量、术后带管时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量及术后带管时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后无切口脂肪液化感染者,对照组术后发生脂肪液化感染6例(15.8%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组胸腔积液发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 UVATS是一种安全有效的诊断与治疗肺结核瘤的手术方式,且对于所有孤立性肺结节患者均可提供可靠诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application value of uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery( UVATS) in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculoma. Methods Seventy-six patients with tuberculoma were chosen as the research object,and were randomly assigned to two groups,with 38 cases in each. The 38 patients with pulmonary tuberculoma undergoing UVATS resection and 38 patients with pulmonary tuberculoma undergoing thoracotomy resection were comparatively analyzed. the observation group using single port thoracoscopy surgery,observation group 2 duration of operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative with time and postoperative complications after.Postoperative complications of patients with pleural effusion and wound infection,etc. Results There were shorter in operative time and less blood loss between the two groups,and the duration of drainage was significantly shorter in the single utility port VATS surgery group than the thoracotomy group with statistically significant difference( P<0. 05). Conclusion UVATS is a safe and effective method in the treatment and dianosis of patients with pulmonary tuberculomas,and it can also provide a reliable diagnosis for all patients with solitary pulmonary nodule.更多还原
