【摘要】 介绍了邯钢西区邯宝炼钢厂精炼工艺的布置形式及生产特点。对生产中存在的问题做了细致的分析,提出了LF二级系统建立自动精炼模型的想法,并对该模型的各个环节做了细致、系统地分析。优化后实行了标准化作业,2013年每炉钢缩短了8 min精炼时间,全年增收(节支)3 000多万元,并且建成了邯钢第一个LF自动精炼模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is introduced the arrangement form and production characteristics of refining process in steelworks of Hanbao,analyzed in detail the problems in production,proposed the idea to build a automatic refining model for LF secondary system,analyzed the various parts of the model delicately and comprehensively.With the process optimized and standardizing operation carried out,it is shortened by 8 minutes for refining time of every heat of steel,the annual income( including saving) increases by 30 million yuans,and the first LF automatic refining model of Han Steel is built.更多还原
