【摘要】 测定了粪肠球菌(Enterococcus Faecalis)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus Subtilis)对致病性大肠杆菌O54、霍乱沙门氏菌A72及正常菌嗜酸乳酸杆菌CICC6075生长的影响。结果表明,粪肠球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均可较好的抑制大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的生长;粪肠球菌对嗜酸乳酸杆菌起到较好的促生长作用;枯草芽孢杆菌与嗜酸乳酸杆菌混合培养的前35 h,对嗜酸乳酸杆菌有一定的抑制作用,但35 h以后则对其有较好的促生长作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of E. faecalis, B. subtilis on the growth of Escherichia coli O54(E. coli), Salmonella choleraesuis A72(S. choleraesuis) and normal bacterial Lactobacillus acidophilus were studied in this research. The results showed that the growth of E. Coli and S. choleraesuis could be well inhibited by E. faecalis and B. subtilis. E. faecalis could promote the growth of L. acidophilus. However, L. acidophilus could be inhibited by B. subtilis in the pre-35 h of mixed culture, and then, they could be promoted growth well.更多还原
