【Abstract】 The extraction technology of total flavonoids in Veronica anagallis-aquatica L. were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that the best extraction process conditions in Veronica anagallis-aquatica L. for total flavonoid were 55% of ethanol,65 ℃ and 90 minutes of extraction time. Under the optimum process of conditions,total flavonoid yield can reach to 0.270 1%.更多还原
