【摘要】 农业是受气象条件影响最大的行业,由于极端天气气候事件频繁发生,气象灾害造成的农业损失居高不下,加快发展农业保险,对于提升农业防灾减灾能力具有十分重要的意义。在介绍中国农业保险的政策与实施的基础上,分析了气象参与农业保险的进展和发展前景,试图提出气象参与农业保险的可行性措施建议,旨在充分发挥气象参与农业保险的重要作用,建立多元化气象服务体系,减轻气象灾害对农民和农业保险的影响,有效促进农业保险的发展,保障农业可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture is an industry most closely affected by the meteorological conditions. Due to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather and climate events, agricultural losses caused by meteorological disasters have remained stubbornly high, it will be of great importance to speed up the development of agricultural insurance for promoting capabilities of agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation. Based on the introduction of policies and implementation of agricultural insurance in China,the development and prospects were analyzed and some feasible suggestions for the involvement of meteorology in agricultural insurance were proposed, in order to give full play to the important role of the involvement of meteorology in agricultural insurance, to establish a diversified meteorological services system and mitigate the effects of meteorological disasters on farmers and agricultural insurance,thus to effectively promote the development of agricultural insurance and guarantee the agricultural sustainable development.更多还原
