土壤消毒与土壤活化技术在保护地草莓中的应用

【摘要】 为了解决保护地栽培草莓(Fragaria×ananassa Duch.)的连作障碍,选用垄鑫等3种土壤熏蒸剂进行土壤消毒试验,并在垄鑫熏蒸消毒的基础上进行土壤活化试验。结果表明,垄鑫20~30 kg/667 m2、氯化苦20~30 kg/667 m2等对根结线虫病、黄萎病和根腐病有良好的防效和增产效果,其综合防效分别为87.4%~94.3%、81.6%~91.9%,增产效果分别为25.6%~29.0%、25.4%~27.5%。选用的肥老伴等4种土壤活化剂增产效果达7.3%~10.2%。从防效、增产效果及施药安全性综合考虑,建议使用垄鑫20~30 kg/667 m2进行土壤消毒,并配合施用肥老伴或泰诺特立克进行土壤活化。

【Abstract】 To solve cropping obstacles of strawberry(Fragaria × ananassa Duch.),three kinds of soil fumigants(Dazomet etc.)were used for soil disinfection experiment;and soil activation experiment where conducted on the basis of Dazomet fumigation.The results showed that the controlling effect of 20 to 30 kg / 667 m2 Dazomet and 20 to 30 kg / 667 m2 Chloropicrin on root knot nematode,verticillium wilt and root rot were very significant as the comprehensive controlling effects were 87.4% to94.3% and 81.6% to 91.9%,the yield increased by 25.6% to 29.0% and 25.4% to 27.5%,respectively. And after Dazomet soil disinfection,the yield was increased by 7.3% to 10.2% by applying 4 kinds of activators(KS-100 etc.). Considering the anti-efficiency,yield increase effectiveness and applying safety,it was concluded that using 20 to 30 kg / 667 m2 Dazomet for soil disinfection and combining with application of KS-100 or Tai Nuo for soil activation.
