芋氮磷钾吸收规律的研究

【摘要】 采用凯氏定氮法、钼锑抗显色法、火焰光度计法对芋[Colocasia esculenta(L.)schott]的两个品种各器官中的氮、磷、钾含量进行测定,研究芋植株对氮磷钾的吸收与分配规律。结果表明,在幼苗期,氮磷钾的分配主要集中在芋的叶片和叶柄中,氮以叶片中居多,钾以叶柄中居多;从发棵期开始,氮磷钾主要分配在芋的球茎中。

【Abstract】 In order to study the law of absorption and distribution of N,P,K in taro,Kjeldahl method,Mo-Sb colorimetric method, flame photometric method were used to test the content of K,P,K in two taro [Colocasia esculenta(L.) schott] cultivars. The results showed the similar absorption and distribution rule of N,P,K in the two cultivars. At the seedling stage, N,P,K distributed mainly in taro leaves and petioles, the majority of nitrogen was in leaves and most potassium was in petioles.Since leaf vigorous growth stage,N,P,K mainly distributed in the bulbs.
