广西香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种对桂蕉6号的致病力分化研究
Pathogenicity Differentiation of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense Race 4 to Banana Cultivar Guijiao 6
【摘要】 桂蕉6号是广西的主栽香蕉品种,占全区香蕉种植面积的90%以上。为了明确广西香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense)4号生理小种对桂蕉6号的致病力,通过采集分离,获得41个香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种菌株,用伤根淋灌法接种香蕉组培苗。根据病菌对桂蕉6号的致病力强弱,上述菌株可以分为3类,其中强致病力菌株22个,中致病力菌株7个,弱致病力菌株12个,分别占供试菌株的53.66%、17.07%、29.27%。由此可见,广西香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种存在明显的致病力分化现象,强致病力菌株为优势种群。
【Abstract】 Banana cultivar Guijiao 6 accounts for more than 90% of the banana planting area, which was the main banana varieties cultivated in Guangxi province. In order to research the pathogenicity differentiation of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp.cubense race 4 to banana cultivar Guijiao 6, the author had got virulence of 41 race 4 isolated from different regions of Guangxi by root scratching inoculation method. The experimental results showed that these strains could be divided into 3categories according to their virulence, the kind of strong pathogenicity isolates was 22, the moderate pathogenicity isolates was 7 and the weak pathogenicity isolates was 12, and their proportions was 53.66%, 17.07% and 29.27%, respectively. The strains of F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense race 4 isolated from Guangxi had obvious pathogenicity differentiation, the strong pathogenicity was dominant populations.
