超声辅助萃取川芎中阿魏酸工艺的优化

【摘要】 采用超声辅助萃取川芎(Ligusticum chuanxiong)中阿魏酸,优化其最佳提取工艺。结果表明,阿魏酸提取的最佳工艺条件为1.0 mol/L的[BMIM]BF4为萃取溶液,按料液比1∶6(g∶m L)在70℃条件下超声提取50 min,提取1次,阿魏酸提取率为0.073 3%。相同条件下,离子液体对阿魏酸的提取能力优于传统溶剂,此工艺稳定可行。

【Abstract】 The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of ferulic acid from Rhizoma chuanxiong were investigated, and the optimum extraction process was discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of ferulic acid was 1.0 mol / L[BMIM]BF4as extraction solution, the ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶6(g∶m L),extracting 50 min at 70 ℃,extraction of one time.The yield of extracted ferulic acid from Rhizoma chuanxiong was 0.073 3%. Under the same conditions, the extraction ability of ionic liquid was better than that of the traditional solvent. This process is stable and feasible.
