【摘要】 以引进的一年生贝达、山河1号、SO4、5BB、抗砧3号5种葡萄砧木为试材,进行生长特性和植物学特性调查,统计移栽成活率、枝条萌芽率、扦插成活率,比较各砧木品种的移栽适应性。结果表明,不同砧木的叶片和新梢的形态特征表现不同。贝达的新梢生长速率在各测定砧木中表现最优;抗砧3号的移栽成活率和扦插成活率最低,分别为74%和79%,5BB的萌芽率最低,为56%,贝达的移栽成活率、萌芽率、扦插生根率显著高于其他砧木,在北疆地区具有较强的适应能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the one-year-old stock of five introduced grape varieties, Beida, Sunward One, SO4, 5BB, Anti-anvil No. 3, as test materials, the growth and botany characteristics were investigate, as well as the transplanting survival rate,branches sprout rate, cutting survival rate were analyzed to compare the transplanting adaptability of the stock varieties. The results showed that the morphological characteristics ootstock leaves and shoots differed. The shoot growth rate of Beida was the best among the tested stocks. Transplanting survival rate and cutting survival rate of Anti-anvil No. 3 was the lowest,74% and 79%, respectively. The germination rate of 5BB was the lowest, 56%. The transplanting survival rate, germination rate, rooting rate of cuttings of Beida was significantly higher than the other stocks, indicating strong adaptability in the northern region of Xinjiang.更多还原
