多抗菌素发酵动力学研究

【摘要】 通过测定菌丝体干重、多抗菌素含量和底物浓度,研究链霉菌NJYHWG66382发酵动力学方程。结果表明,这3个动力学模型能较好的解释发酵试验结果,选择Logistic模型来描述链霉菌生长曲线,利用Leudeking-Piret方程描述多抗菌素合成的动力学过程,发现该链霉菌生产多抗菌素的发酵类型属于部分生长偶联型;最后使用Leudeking-Piret-Like方程描述底物消耗的动力学规律。

【Abstract】 Substrate concentration, dry cell weight and content of polyoxins were measured to establish fermentation kinetics equation of Streptomyces NJYHWG66382. It was proved that the three kinetics equations can explain the result well. Logistic model was used to describe the growth curve of streptomycete, Leudeking-Piret model was used to describe the produce of polyoxins, which showed that the process was partial coupling type growth. Then Leudeking-Piret-Like model was employed to describe the consumption of substrate. The parameters were calculated and the factors are obtained that affecting the yield of polyoxins, which could lay a theoretical foundation for expanded production of polyoxins.
