青藏高原旱雀麦群体对高效氟吡甲禾灵的抗药性研究

【摘要】 采用整株植物测定法和培养皿种子测定法检测青藏高原18个旱雀麦(Bromus tectorum Linn)群体对高效氟吡甲禾灵的抗药性。整株测定结果表明,祁连冰沟的旱雀麦抗性较高,抗性倍数为11.40,EC50为215.794 0μg/m~2;培养皿种子测定结果表明,祁连冰沟的旱雀麦抗性倍数为12.56,EC50为17.827 6μg/m~2,喷雾剂量达到推荐剂量的4倍,说明祁连冰沟种群对高效氟吡甲禾灵已产生抗性。

【Abstract】 18 Bromus tectorum Linn populations were collected from different oilseed rape fields in Qinghai-Tibet plateau. The resistance level of Bromus tectorum Linn populations to 96% haloxyfop-R-methyl were assessed by seed bioassay and whole plant assay. Results confirmed a good correlation between the two different bioassays. The relative resistance factors of B. tectorum Linn population to haloxyfop-R-methyl from Qilian Binggou in Qinghai province were 11.40 by whole plant assay, and EC50 was 215.794 8 μg/m~2. The relative resistance factors were 12.56 by seed bioassay, and EC50 was 17.827 6 μg/m~2. Spray dose reached already recommended four times. The results demonstrated Qilian Binggou population had resistance to haloxyfop-R-methyl in fields.
