植物诱导抗虫性的调控机制及蛋白组学研究进展

【摘要】 文章结合植物诱导抗虫性的相关研究,分析了诱导抗虫性的概念及特征,论述了有关诱导抗性的生理生化、信号调控和蛋白组学的研究进展,并对诱导抗虫性在自然条件下研究存在的问题及未来在微观调控领域的研究趋势进行了简要的阐述。植物的诱导抗虫性作为植物的一种重要防御策略,在探索生物适应与进化的发展规律方面具有重要的研究意义,深入了解诱导抗性仍需要全面而广泛的工作。

【Abstract】 In this article,combined with the relevant research of plant induced insect resistance,the concepts and characteristics of induced resistance were analyzed,and the research progress about physiology and biochemistry,signal regulation and proteomics were discussed.Also,the problems of induced resistance under natural conditions and the research trends of micro control were briefly explained.Plant induced resistance is a kind of important plant defense strategy,which has great research significance in exploring the development rules of biological adaptation and evolution.Research on induced resistance in depth still need to be extensively and thoroughly studied.
