紫薇嫩枝扦插技术研究

【摘要】 紫薇是我国夏季重要的观花乔木,为给紫薇优良品系的扩繁提供技术支持,对不同措施处理下紫薇插穗的生根情况进行了试验。结果表明:紫薇插穗选取的部位对紫薇扦插的生根率、生根条数、最大根长、偏根率均有着极显著影响。嫩枝中部的插穗生根效果最好,上部次之,下部最差;不同留叶方式可极显著的影响紫薇扦插的生根率、生根数、最大根长和偏根率。随留叶数的增加,紫薇扦插生根率、生根数和最大根长均表现为先升高后降低。5月是进行紫薇扦插的最佳季节,在5月份进行扦插,紫薇的扦插生根率可达93.33%,平均生根条数为4.59条,平均最大根长为5.53cm,而偏根率只有35.06%,均优于6、7、8月进行扦插的紫薇插穗的生根性状。

【Abstract】 Lagerstroemia indica is the main woody flowers specie for namely flower in summer. In order to provide technical support for the propagation of fine strains of Lagerstroemia indica, the different treatments under the rooting of cuttings of Lagerstroemia indica tested.The results showed that the myrtle cuttings selected sites on rooting rate of Lagerstroemia indica cuttings, rooting number, maximum root length, partial root rate have extremely significant influence from central softwood cuttings rooting effect was best, followed by upper and lower worst, different leaves can significantly affect the rooting rate of cuttings of crape myrtle, root number. The maximum root length and partial root rate. With the increase of the number of leaves, Lagerstroemia indica rooting rate and maximum root length, root number were increased first and then decreased.5months is the best season for Myrtle cuttings, cuttings in May, Lagerstroemia indica rooting rate was 93.33%, the average root number was 4.59. The average maximum root length was 5.53 cm, while the partial root rate of only 35.06%, the cuttings rooting characters were better than 6,7,8 months of crape myrtle cuttings.
