【Abstract】 Based on the evaluation and analysis of industrial R&D investment-output situation and performance of Hebei Province and the whole country of 2013,we summed up the advantages and problems of industrial R&D in Hebei Province,and proposed suggestions of upgrading its industrial R&D investment-output performance,strengthening R&D platform support and improving the industrial and enterprise R&D efficiency;optimizing R&D employment environment,improving enthusiasm of the scientific and technical personnel involved in R&D activities;increasing investment in R&D to achieve breakthroughs in key areas;improving the investment of basic research and consolidating R&D activities foundation;vigorously promoting the implementation of the strategy of intellectual property rights and enhancing the core competitiveness of industrial enterprises;advancing to play the leading role and to improve the quality and efficiency of industrial restructuring.更多还原
