【摘要】 随着社会经济和危机管理研究发展,近年来,发达国家对应急管理的研究逐渐从定性向定量深入,从单一学科转向多学科,从自然灾害向公共安全领域发展,并开始重视计算机模拟等信息化技术的使用,逐步建立了完善的技术支撑体系。我国对应急管理的研究起步较晚但发展迅速,一些高校和科研单位进行了大量的危机应急管理研究,一些学者提出我国应急救援管理的体系、体制、机制和法制以及模式和评价方法。但应急管理研究及实践主要集中在自然灾害和生产事故应急管理领域,公共安全应急管理实操性研究及教育培训还有待深入。今后我国应急管理研究一是要注重多学科交叉研究,二是要逐步完善应急管理教育培训体系,为应急管理体系建设提供重要的支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the economic and social crisis management research and development,in recent years,developed countries study on emergency rescue management gradually has deepened from qualitative to quantitative,from single subject to multi disciplines,from natural disasters to public safety field and began to attach more importance to the use of computer simulation and other information technology,and gradually established a perfect technical support system. Research on emergency rescue management in China has began later but developed rapidly,a number of universities and scientific research institutions have carried out a large number of emergency management research and training,some scholars have put forward China ’s emergency rescue management system,mechanism and legal system as well as the model and evaluation methods. But at present,the research on emergency management mainly concentrates on the field of natural disaster and emergency management,and the research on public safety emergency management is still to be further studied. In the future,we must pay attention to interdisciplinary research,and then gradually improve the emergency management education and training system,to provide an important support for the emergency management systems.更多还原
